Job Description

The Senior Quality Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the quality strategy, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives across an e-commerce and social media account. This role ensures compliance with client standards, drives process optimization, and mentors Quality Managers and supervisors to achieve high service excellence.
