Position Overview

Principal Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate tasks assigned to Vendor Coordinators and TPC Coordinators
  • Review prequalification documents (e.g., MAR, PDR, PQD) for all procurement packages
  • Standardize quality requirements in MR/TBE templates; conduct dual reviews for critical procurement packages
  • Lead TPC weekly meetings; attend Procurement Quality Meetings and external procurement-related meetings
  • Develop and implement Procurement Inspection Co-ordination Procedure
  • Supplier Pre-Qualification Documents Review
  • Involve quality audit to Vendors/Manufactures
  • Involve in Kick-off meeting
  • Participate in Pre-inspection Meeting
  • Liaise with Third Party Certification and QatarEnergy to ensure their appropriate involvement
  • Vendor Document Review including MPS ITP and WPS and relevant Quality Procedure
