Responsibilities - Lead post‑contract commercial management across major aviation infrastructure works packages.
- Administer contracts (e.g., NEC, FIDIC or similar) ensuring compliance and effective risk management.
- Manage valuations, variations, change control, and final accounts.
- Provide accurate cost reporting, forecasting and financial control.
- Assess and negotiate contractor claims and variations.
- Support procurement activities and contribute to commercial strategy.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members where required.
