Responsibilities - Prepare and analyse cost estimates for construction projects ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost analyses for tenders and contracts
- Manage contract administration including change orders variations and claims
- Perform value engineering to optimise project costs without compromising quality
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to ensure project success
