The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team in Dublin, supporting the delivery of a major new Irish Rail infrastructure contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to join at the mobilisation stage of a long-term framework, where you will play a pivotal role in establishing commercial processes, driving project performance and helping to build a high-performing commercial function from the ground up.

Working closely with the Head of Commercial and Account Director, you will take ownership of key commercial activities across multiple workstreams while supporting the growth and development of the wider team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to make a real impact on a nationally significant infrastructure programme.
