A family feel PQS consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Cardiff office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The Senior Quantity will join a small QS team where they will be expected to lead the team pre and post contract whilst helping to mentor and train the more junior Quantity Surveyors.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a diverse range of projects in sectors like public, commercial, education, residential and retail.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accredited
Able to work in a collaborative manner in a team
Solid pre and post contract experience
MRICS or in the process of
Client facing experience
Car + driver's license
At least 5 years' experience in a PQSIn Return?

£50,000 - £60,000
