A leading contractor in London is looking for a strong Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. The company rewards its staff well and has a high staff retention rate. Projects include new build, healthcare, refurbishments and repairs across London. UK experience is required.
Key Duties
Manage all subcontractor payments, including re-measures, account meetings, and site orders; liaise with site supervisors/contracts managers to quote for ongoing works. Use initiative to maximize profitability and discuss/action with production. Manage workload to meet strict deadlines and ensure valuations are sent out on time according to client submission dates. Interact with the accounts department to manage costs and month spend, enabling resolution of any issues.
