Senior Quantity Surveyor – Roads & Infrastructure

Location: Sharjah, UAE | Type: Full-Time | Department: Commercial / QS

Responsibilities

• Cost & Financial Management : Prepare cost-value reconciliations (CVRs), cash flow forecasts, and monthly profitability reports
• Valuations, Variations & Claims : Manage interim payment applications, value contract variations, and assist with EoT/prolongation claims
• Subcontractor Management : Lead the procurement cycle, from tendering and contract drafting to final account settlements
• Measurement & Contracts : Perform quantity take-offs (CESMM), verify BOQs, and administer FIDIC-based contracts to mitigate commercial risk
• Mentorship : Guide and support junior QS and site-based commercial teams
