Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Lead and oversee quantity take-offs and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ) for construction projects with accuracy and efficiency 
Manage the preparation and administration of tender documents, procurement activities, and contract documentation 
Take responsibility for cost planning, budgeting, tender evaluations, and cost submissions throughout the project lifecycle 
Prepare and review cost estimates, progress claims, variation orders, contractual claims, and final accounts 
Monitor project expenditures, analyze cost performance, and implement effective cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budget 
Administer contracts and provide guidance on contractual matters, claims management, dispute resolution, and compliance with contractual obligations
