Position Overview

            Location & Working Hours  Location : Woodland 
Working Hours : 5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM) 
Willingness to commit to extended hours if required 
 Job Description  Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are accurately estimated and tracked 
Assist in preparing and issuing tender documents for contractors and suppliers 
Evaluate tender submissions and manage procurement for MEP and Civil works 
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors 
Manage contracts related to MEP and Civil/Structural works 
Handle variations, claims, and change orders 
Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions 
Identify and manage cost risks and schedule delays 
Regularly inspect the site to ensure work is progressing as planned 
Act as a key point of contact between clients, contractors, and project team...
