Senior Quantity Surveyor Your new role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take the commercial lead on projects within a geographically focused team. Based in Welwyn Garden City, with flexibility for occasional remote working, you will provide full commercial oversight across live schemes, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control and contractual compliance. You will manage your own projects, lead commercial input on two-stage procurement, and oversee assistant/quantity surveyors. Experience with DfE projects valued £20m-£70m is essential.
