Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking three  Senior Quantity Surveyor's to join our  team. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in cost management and have a deep understanding of Multi-Disciplinary Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the cost planning, budgeting, and cost control processes for multi-disciplinary design and construction projects.


• Develop and implement strategies to minimize project costs while ensuring high-quality workmanship.


• Prepare and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and variations in accordance with the project's requirements.


• Analyse and report on project costs, risks, and budget performance.


• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
