Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide contractual and commercial leadership across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and civil engineering projects from pre-construction through to final account.

This role is responsible for maximising project value, managing commercial risk, maintaining healthy cashflow, and ensuring robust commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with operational, finance, procurement, and commercial teams, you will play a key role in delivering successful project outcomes while supporting business objectives and maintaining high standards of commercial performance.
