Safely operating and maintaining raisebore drilling equipment in accordance with site procedures and PYBAR standards. Leading drilling crews and providing mentorship, guidance and on-the-job training to team members. Ensuring all raisebore drilling activities are completed safely, efficiently and to schedule. Monitoring drilling performance and implementing improvements to maximise productivity and minimise downtime. Conducting pre-start inspections, routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on raisebore equipment. Identifying and reporting hazards, incidents and equipment defects, and actively participating in risk management processes. Maintaining accurate drilling records, reports and shift documentation. Working closely with Supervisors, Engineers and site personnel to achieve production targets and project objectives.
