Our client is looking for a senior Real Estate Development lawyer to support on a long-term building remediation project.
You’ll need to be hands-on, motivated, self-sufficient and able to take ownership of workstreams. The team needs someone who can get into the detail, manage a high volume of work and work well in a project-led environment
Responsibilities:
Advise on development agreements, ownership issues, access and rights affecting buildings or adjacent landReview, draft and negotiation development and property-related documentationWork closely with legal, technical and project teams to resolve site specific issues Required experience:
