The Senior Real Estate Loan Closer prepares and reviews closing packages for all real estate secured loans, provides documents to closing agents in a timely manner, answers questions related to loan closings to facilitate a timely closing, and reviews reports and documentation related to workflow and loan funding. This position is expected to have hands-on knowledge of all Loan Closing Services functions and to assist with research and problem resolution as needed.

Essential Responsibilities

• (60%) Accurately prepare loan closing documents on the loan origination system, utilize document repositories for loan file documentation, utilize the secured site for uploading and downloading closing documents.
