Our client is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their growing team and drive full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing multiple roles, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
This is a primarily remote position, with occasional onsite collaboration (1x per month) in Peekskill, NY. Candidates must be based in NY, NJ, or CT and within ~2 hours of Peekskill.
What You’ll Do

+ Own full-cycle recruiting across a high-volume req load (sourcing → offer close)
