**Position Description:**

CGI Federal is seeking candidates to be Recruiters directly supporting a USG agency in the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA). Successful candidates will be capable of collaborating with hiring officials to develop recruitment strategies and identifying and planning recruitment events. Individuals in this position are responsible for collecting statistics, interpreting data and recommending changes to senior level managers. In addition, the position serves as a substantive recruitment expert to support the USG agency's talent acquisition management in the execution of recruitment plans, outreach and in assessing the effectiveness of the recruiting strategies.
