OTE $180k–$220k+ Small, Close-Knit Team

Our client are a small, founder-led IT recruitment agency based in central Christchurch. Deliberately lean and tight-knit currently four consultants who genuinely operate as one team, they focus on quality placements, strong relationships, and realistic targets rather than corporate volume pressure. They are now ready to add a fifth member, a Senior Consultant to take ownership of a well-established desk, hit the ground running, and help share the business development load.
