Desired Candidate Profile

The Senior Reporting Assistant is part of External Relations Unit and will be directly supervised by the Assistant External Relations Officer. The position will support the operation’s internal and external reporting function, with a particular focus on operational reports, donor reports, factsheets, flash updates and other evidence-based reporting products required to position UNHCR Venezuela’s work with internal and external audiences.

The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate and consolidate inputs from different units, including Programme, Protection, Field Units, Information Management and other relevant colleagues, ensuring that information is accurate, timely, coherent and aligned with operational priorities, donor requirements, UNHCR reporting standards and regional reporting needs.
