Responsibilities

• Research and development work in innovation projects that involve a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Project management activities in technology and research projects: operative management, risk management, cost estimation and budgeting, stakeholder management, etc.
• Preparing funding applications to Business Finland, EU Horizon Europe, and other relevant funding sources.
• Disseminating our newest innovations through writing publications, speaking at events, etc.
• Depending on the applicant, standardization activities can be included in the role.

Requirements

• PhD or M.Sc. degree from a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering).
• Profound understanding of energy systems, distribution networks, smart grids and related ICT technologies (e.g., standards such as IEC 61850 and communication technologies such as 5G), and simulation environments (e.g., RTDS).
