Responsibilities

• Process and organize computed tomography (CT) studies.
• Anonymous and manage medical images in DICOM format.
• Preprocess images: automatic or semi‑automatic segmentation of lung structures and detection of regions of interest.
• Extract quantitative features (radiomics) from images.
• Develop and implement pipelines for medical image processing and analysis.
• Collaborate on integrating imaging data with other sources (clinical, genetic, omics).
• Document workflows and ensure analysis reproducibility.
• Participate in statistical analysis or predictive modelling tasks based on image data, depending on profile.
