This role is pivotal in supporting the House Manager with the efficient operational management of the home while providing excellent care to children and young people. You will be a key figure in managing a staff team and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

You can expect a fantastic salary between £28,645.50 to £29,464.50, doe.

Leadership:

Assist the House Manager in the day-to-day running of the service and assume full responsibility in their absence. Staff Management:
