Job Summary

Job title: Senior Residential Support Worker

Location: Hawthorn Avenue Children’s Home – Oswaldtwistle

Salary: £31,675- £35,425 (depending on experience and qualifications)* 

Earnings: £35,300- £39,050 (based on 7 sleep ins per month) 

Hours: 40.5 per week 

Annual Leave Entitlement: 251.1 hours

Shift Pattern: 1 on 2 off - 8am start, 11pm finish. If on the sleep shift, finish at 8:30am following handover.

Essential Criteria: Driving Licence + 12 months residential childcare experience
