We’re recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a warm, experienced and locally led children’s home team in Staffordshire. This is a place where relationships come first, where children are truly known, and where staff are supported to build meaningful, long-term change in young people’s lives.

Pay Rates: £14.00 - £15.40 QCF level 3 qualified or working towards

£15.85 -£16.30 QCF level 5 qualified
