Location: South East England. Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Salary: £31,824 - £32,656.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage shifts.
- Support and mentor Residential Support Workers.
- Provide direct support and keyworking to young people.
- Promote safeguarding and positive outcomes at all times.
- Support care plans, risk assessments and daily records.
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming and well‑run home.
- Build positive relationships with families and professionals.
- Administer medication when trained and authorised.
