Senior Restaurant Manager

Babylonstoren is looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Restaurant Manager to join our F&B leadership team. This is a senior management role for someone who is passionate about operational excellence, team development, service standards, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of Babel and Ou Bakkery. Ensure seamless 5-star service flow, effective planning, and consistent execution. Drive SOP compliance, service standards, food safety, and the Babylonstoren Way. Manage labour costs, inventory, breakages, and waste control. Develop staff and future managers through training and coaching. Drive wine knowledge, product knowledge, and sales performance. Ensure accurate administration, reporting, and follow-up.
