The Fair Banking Senior Officer provides subject matter expertise focused on fair banking risk, with an emphasis on leading redlining analysis and providing advisory support to markets. The role blends compliance and fair banking oversight, ensuring practices protect clients, align with regulatory expectations, and support sustainable growth. The associate partners closely with first-line leaders in the markets, providing guidance on federal and state fair lending/fair banking requirements and UDAAP, and translating complex analytics into actionable improvements.
