About The Role

We are seeking a highly senior UiPath Developer to lead new automation initiatives and contribute to framework evolution. This role is forward‑focused and involves designing modular, plug‑and‑play automation components for scalable enterprise solutions. The environment includes a recently migrated cloud architecture and emerging AI‑driven automation initiatives (Agentic AI, intelligent workflows, data automation).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new automation modules (net‑new development)
• Contribute to or enhance internal RPA frameworks
• Define coding standards and architectural patterns
• Build modular, reusable automation components (plug‑and‑play design)
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Ensure automation scalability across multiple business use cases (80+ variations)
• Integrate automation with cloud and AI‑driven solutions
