The Sr Sales Compensation Analyst will contribute to the development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs, ensuring programs are aligned with MINDBODY’s general Compensation Strategy. This role delivers incentive compensation administration and consultation to the sales team. This role also improves the effectiveness of all company incentive compensation programs by performing and communicating detailed and thorough analyses of the plans. Additionally, this role provides insightful ideas on design, governance, and compliance as it relates to establishing appropriate parameters and identifying abnormal conditions.
