Core Mission Drive revenue growth at our luxury lounge by proactively identifying guest needs and converting them into high-value sales. This role focuses on 60% Sales and 40% Service, requiring a professional who can seamlessly transition from a persuasive consultant to an expert sommelier and cigar steward.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation - Client Engagement: Proactively welcome guests to the 5th floor, identifying their tastes to recommend premium selections.
