If you are looking for a step into a Senior Sales Co-ordinator role within a well renowned luxury 4-star hotel this position could be for you. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager you will have opportunity to gain exposure in one of largest revenue generating areas of the business – conference, events sales. Your role day to day will include:

Support the Sales Office Manager with the management of the teamSupport with the training and development of the sales team, focussing on conference and events Manage day to day activity of the booking cycleUnderstand and enforce the agreed bedrooms/events/treatment and restaurant sales strategiesTo undertake KPI reporting to the agreed company standard To forge great relationships with agents and guests alike.To be familiar with all-hotel facilities and services to advise guests/clients how best to enhance their stay/visit.
