**Role Overview**

Sodexo is seeking a results-driven **Senior Sales Director, Data Center Solutions** to accelerate growth within the rapidly expanding data center market. This individual contributor role will focus on selling integrated support services solutions, including Facilities Management and other critical support services, through new business acquisition, cross-selling, and strategic account expansion.

The Senior Sales Director will serve as a consultative partner to clients, developing customized solutions that address complex operational and business challenges. This role requires strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to navigate sophisticated sales cycles while building long-term client relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.

The position can be based anywhere in the continental United States and requires up to 50% travel.
