What you will do
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Revenue Enablement, you will be a critical member of our global team. As our new Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you will be the first dedicated enablement hire for APAC β the primary enablement partner for every revenue role across the region.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding program for APAC new hires β curriculum, certifications, and monthly in-person onboarding weeks β measuring success through rep productivity and behaviour data, not completion rates.
- Design and deploy a blended, continuous-learning journey combining on-demand content, live cohorts, AI-powered roleplay agents (Hyperbound), and coaching touchpoints from week one through to full productivity.
