How You’ll Make an Impact: - Lead the rollout of global enablement programs across the APAC region.
- Ensure enablement initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned to regional business timing and priorities.
- Drive regional execution of core readiness, product, sales, and performance development programs.
- Own delivery planning and coordination for APAC enablement activities.
Localization and Regional Relevance: - Localize content, messaging, examples, and delivery approaches to meet APAC market, segment, and audience needs.
- Use sound judgment to determine what should remain globally consistent and where regional adaptation is needed.
