- Own and develop assigned B2B customer accounts in Hanoi & Northern Vietnam. - Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise and FDI customers. - Understand customer business challenges and propose suitable software and solution packages in coordination with Technical / AE teams. - Lead customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closing. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents. - Manage the full sales cycle from lead → proposal → closing → handover. - Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast revenue, and report progress to Sales Manager. - Build long-term customer relationships based on trust, professionalism, and mutual value.
