Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities within the courier and road freight market. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Conduct client visits, presentations, and sales negotiations. Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to implementation. Work closely with operations to ensure exceptional service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports using CRM systems. Minimum Requirements Minimum 6 years' external sales experience within the Courier, Road Freight, Logistics, or Transport industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
