RISE for Business (RFB) is BCG’s flagship programme designed to help Singapore’s Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) unlock growth and build future-ready capabilities— without disrupting day-to-day operations. Through hands-on learning, real business problem-solving, and coaching from industry experts, SMEs accelerate their digital, AI, and transformation journeys. The programme is supported by the Singapore government and aligned with national digitalisation goals. Eligible companies can receive up to 90% funding support through SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and enhanced subsidy schemes.

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned hunter to drive enterprise acquisition across BCG U’s flagship B2B programmes in Singapore. Each Senior Sales Manager will own multiple programmes over time, selling across the full buyer spectrum — from SMEs to mid-market companies to larger enterprises.
