Position Overview The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for developing and fostering business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of the residences and hotel. The individual also develops strategic action plans for residences to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.
Responsibilities - Conduct long stay residences' or hotel inspections for clients
- Conduct negotiation of sales contracts
- Develop consultative selling and upselling strategies to maximise room sales
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
- Conduct minimum 20 sales activities per week including sales call, entertainment and site inspections
- Collaborate with relevant departments to meet guests' and/or customers' requirements in the sales contracts
