Responsibilities
Day-to-day sales activities include telemarketing, sales calls, hotel visits, entertainment, virtual presentations etc. Be familiar and effective in the sales process: create rapport, ask open questions, follow-up, anticipate and manage expectations, advise conflicts, overcome objections, closing and obtain post-feedback. Acquire new sales leads/ prospects and establish new accounts to grow account/ client base. Foster and develop relationship with existing clients and customers to maintain loyalty. Manage leads and enquiries and provide suitable solutions promptly. Achieve various monthly sales targets set to meet overall cluster budget. Review account portfolio regularly and present to management to provide analysis on performance of each account and forward action plans.
