Role Definition

Manage the sales of Novus products and business development in the assigned geography as a responsible, accountable experienced sales professional leader . in accordance with Novus International strategy. Provides informal guidance to junior team members. Receives a level instruction, guidance and direction from manager and other senior professionals.

General Responsibilities

· Perform sales and marketing duties in order to execute approved business plans, exercising judgement within defined practices.

· Ensure timely and accurate S&OP, KPI, PLM, and CRM functionalities, and in the same timeframe in order to continue increasing business efficiency, implement stakeholder feedback for each to upgrade function/performance (DOS).
