Sovos is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solutions Engineer (Service Cloud) to own design, build, and maintain our global Salesforce environment supporting the customer-support operation. You will partner with CX leadership to translate needs into Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Bots, Messaging, and Omni-Channel configurations, from small wins to multi-quarter initiatives.

You will lead implementation from design to deployment, ensure clean metadata and release pipelines, and drive
