Position Overview
Our customer is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to drive the strategic evolution of their CRM-centric platform. This is a W2-only role with the probability of FTE conversion with strong performance; C2C and transfer candidates will not be considered.
Main Responsibilities:
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals, stakeholder needs, and technical feasibility.
• Define and communicate a clear product roadmap, ensuring visibility across all organizational levels.
• Translate business objectives into detailed, well-scoped epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Leverage AI writing tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to draft, refine, and review requirements and user stories at speed.
CRM Domain Leadership:
• Serve as the product authority for CRM-related features—spanning customer data management, sales automation, pipeline tracking, and service workflows.
