Job Description

You will work with the business customers, users, technical architects, and application designers to define the functional business process requirements for the SAP system within a designated functional area. In this position you will provide full life‑cycle support, as well as creating system documentation, including operating procedures, functional and technical design specifications, and technical support documentation.

Principal Accountabilities

• Work with business stakeholders and delivery managers to understand detailed business requirements.
• Serve as primary IT contact and lead role for customer‑facing projects.
• Lead the transition of requirements and use cases to the designers, ensuring a clear and complete understanding is passed on.
