• 10+ years of SAP HR / SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Good understanding of Employee Central (EC) and EC‑ECP integration
• Experience with payroll schemas, payroll processes, and data flows
• Expertise in payroll discrepancy analysis, reconciliation, and data mapping
• Experience in multi‑country/global SAP environments
• Knowledge of statutory and compliance payroll requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience coordinating offshore support teams
