Strong Python software engineering experience beyond exploratory scriptsHands-on experience working with notebooks as part of real analytical or research workflowsExperience building systems that support data analysis, simulations, orputational researchUnderstanding of the challenges around reproducibility, dependency management, and scientific software performanceAbility to collaborate closely with non-traditional “software engineer” users such as researchers, quants, or scientistsBackground in quantitative finance or research engineeringWhat you'll get in return :
