The ideal candidate will take on the following tasks:
Develop and advance next-generation phage display methodologies — including guided selection strategies, structure-informed panning, and epitope-directed approaches — expanding platform capabilities well beyond conventional campaign execution.Apply deep mutational scanning and NGS-based repertoire analysis to extract mechanistic insight, inform library design, and build predictive models of antibody fitness landscapes.Develop new phage display selection strategies for challenging targets such as membrane proteins and conformational epitopes.Shape intellectual property and advance the field through inventorship and high-impact publications...
