This role provides the strategic guidance on the optimization of candidates' pre-formulation/physicochemical properties/ADME, accelerates the DMTA cycle through strategic study plan and the delivery of high-quality, high-quantity, and high-speed readouts and supports research leads from formulation perspectives, establishing ourselves as a formulation and ADME group with global competitiveness.
