1. Knowledge and use of concepts, practices, procedures. Applies basic knowledge of coatings, resins, and curing chemistries for certain segment, technology, or process to a business specific application.

2. Panel preparation & testing as per product specification.

Interprets and analyzes results, makes suggestions on path forward and contributes to formulating work plans and managing daily workflow {involves Preparing paint samples (including Pre-mixing, Grinding, Thinning) as per Formulation / Guidelines given by Supervisor; Panel preparation & testing as per product specification}
