Job Description
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
Coach the team in Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Help the Product Owner maintain the product backlog in a way that ensures the project is well defined and the team can continually deliver on new features.
Remove impediments to the team's progress.
Protect the team from outside influences and distractions.
Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to all affected teams and management.
